Future Land Use Map amendment, from Agriculture/Siviculture to Low Density Residential, for 33.8 acres of land at the southeast corner of Bedie Road and Duncan Community Road.

Future Land Use Map amendment, from Medium Density Residential to Neighborhood Commercial, for 0.6 of an acre of land at 1497 South Boulevard.

Special Exception Application to allow Residential Use on 7.4 acres of land on the west side of Highway 277, 1/10 of a mile north of Clayton Road.

ADOPT THE AGENDA

NON-AGENDA AUDIENCE - Effective October 1, 2013, Florida Statute 286.0114 mandates that “members of the public shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard on a proposition before a Board or Commission.” Each individual shall have three (3) minutes to speak on the proposition before the Board.

CONSENT AGENDA

Approval for the Chairman to sign the Proclamation for Relay for Life in support of the American Cancer Society in Washington County.

Approval of renewal of annual Emergency Communication Tower Generator Maintenance Contracts with Florida Detroit Diesel for the Emergency Operations Center, New Mudhill Tower, Dispatch Center, Administration Building and the County Jail with load bank testing added to the Jail contract.

Approval for Public Works to purchase two mulching heads for a Bobcat excavator in the amount of $18,101.00.

Approval to enter into a contract with John Warren, LLC to design and maintain the BOCC website.

Approval to pay February Vouchers totaling $1,476,308.84.

Approval of February 20, 2019 Board Meeting minutes.

Approval to submit a letter to Department of Transportation for the County to maintain the reimbursement responsibility for FEMA.

Approval of Resolution urging the United States Congress to Pass Tax Relief for Individuals and Employers Suffering From Hurricane Michael.
